Senses of Tumour aims to ease your disease by entering the unconscious. The aim of the game is to destroy the tumour by creating music with the light and shadow extracted from medical imaging of the tumours themselves. Promote a healthy perception with the idea that it is perception that can change biology.
The Exchange is a project aiming to create a platform for local, national and international artists to showcase work in bound form. The collection features work from artists whose publications may also be found in TATE Galleries London, Whitechapel gallery, V & A and MOMA New York.
‘Soundscapes’ has commissioned musicians and sound artists to select a painting from the collection and compose a new piece of music or sound art in response. Immersive and site-specific, the experience encourages visitors to ‘hear’ the paintings and ‘see’ the sound.
My mother died of Cancer in 2013. This event was organised by the family and featured the research App Senses of Tumour (also exhibited by the name Pathotones) and a photography and video installation by Francesca McCafferty.
Invited to create a piece as part of Lee Campbell Projects, Speedy Gonzales at the Oubliette Arthouse (former Mexican embassy). The brief was to create a work lasting 10 seconds only.
Work No. 850 consists of runners dodging visitors as they sprint through the gallery as fast as they can. It happens every thirty seconds, jolting this normally serene space for an instant.

Initiated workshops whereby students explored personal responses to colour and their environment using a variety of coloured lenses. Participants recorded their experiences and shared them with the group.
